Art in Public Places
To create a community legacy that is inspiring, enduring, and accessible to all, SHAA will facilitate Art in Public Places to enrich public environments and enhance the integrity and quality of life in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley.
A Call for Artists has concluded for SHAA’s first Art in Public Places Project. We plan to commission 5 art sculptures to be placed in the rear of the North Olympic Fuchsia Garden in Sequim. This garden is located on east Washington Street, and can be seen in the photo below.
Proposals have been received and evaluated. Fundraising for this project is still underway. If you interested in sponsoring one or more sculptures, please contact Renne Brock-Richmond or Jean Wyatt at info@SequimArtsAlliance.org.
If you have questions, you may email them to info@sequimartsalliance.org.
